The office doesn't have a sign so don't be afraid to knock on the door. "A balcony in every room" is deceptive - our 3rd floor balcony looked over an extremely noisy indoor courtyard. People talking after 1 am and by 7am. Since it was all stone . It echoes . Cleaning service came before we left one day and we had to get ready around them . Very stingy with towels. Even dirty ones were not replaced. But I have noticed that in many Chilean hotels .

Good central location but not easy to get to the reception in Tower A then go to our apartment in Tower B with all our luggage.

I rarely give bad reviews but this one I will be honest, for the sake of other guests. The balcony door was faulty and cannot be locked. There's no Aircon. Safe deposit box was not properly reset before the next guest comes in. Poor direction from security officers at level 1. Staff couldn't understand English but she tried, which was nice. The one who could speak English was rude & extremely unhelpful. She continued to listen to music while she kept me waiting in the room for service remedy, until I had to take a lift to go to her office at level 8 to demand for immediate help. When i asked to change room, she claimed there was none left. I insisted that the balcony door be fixed or I will have to speak to the owner myself, she then finally 'found' another room. The next day I checked out immediately and paid extra to stay in another hotel, without refund of course. When I was there, apparently 3 guests came to complain that their door was wide open when they got back to their room!! Enough said.

駅から近く、隣にスーパーがあり、セキュリティもしっかりとしているアパートメントホテルでした。 入り口が、大きな格子戸で、ガードの人が立っているので、そこでパスポートを見せるとレセプションの部屋番号を教えてくれます。 部屋にはキッチンと調理器具が揃っていて、隣のスーパーで食材を買って朝食にしました。 きれいで、過ごしやすく、良かったです。

Una estadia especactacular, muy centrico, a lado un supermercado, cerca del metro, lindo complejo para volver.

Limpeza organizado e atendimento cordial são palavras que definem minha estadia neste apart-hotel em Santiago do Chile, recomendo próximo de tudo, só o estacionamento que é caro e cobrado em dólar.

While l am sure there may be better apartments in this big complex ,ours 207C was not good. I suspect they discovered some precious metals in floors above us cause they were mining it round the clock while we were there. What else could make the metal wheels on concrete floor noise I do not know. Around the clock? Of course earplugs are part of the gear but during the day? And what to do about vibration? Space suit of some kind? I know we got what we payed for but wish were given choice of mineshaft or 10th floor for more

A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Não há serviço de quarto no fim de semana o que, na minha opinião, é ruim. Isso não foi avisado no check in. Só tomei conhecimento da ausência do serviço ao ler os comentários postados em um site de viagens. A funcionária da recepção nos forneceu informações erradas sobre a localização de pontos turísticos e valores das tarifas dos táxis. Solicitei à mesma recepcionista a troca das toalhas de banho e ela afirmou que as enviaria para o quarto. Ao retornamos para o hotel a noite, verificamos que a troca não havia sido feita. O banheiro também não estava adequadamente limpo. Observei que havia lodo na pia. Avalio que um pouco de atenção e cuidado podem melhorar a qualidade do serviço prestado.

Loved having a supermarket next door to buy all necessary items cheaply and conveniently. It's also just2 blocks from the Bellas Artes metro stop which I used for all 4 days.
