Son bungalós, la vista hermosa, el problema es que hay que subir muchas escaleras y mi esposo y yo ya no somos jóvenes, las albercas muy bien, mi nieta las disfruto al 100, no había la cama individual que dice en la reservación, y tuvimos que usar un sofá,

Tiene excelentes paisajes y las vistas de la bahía son estupendas desde este hotel

La comida estaba buena lo que no me gustó fue la cama has de cuenta que dormimos en el piso estaba durísima y el cuarto olía muy mal

The cleaning service was poor. Only two times dueing 12 days. Not changue of towels and not chabgue of bed sheets. In the reservation process they siding inform about that.

Me Gusto que el establecimiento esta muy limpio, muy buen mtto. a los jardines y pintura en la villas. Lo que no me gusto: Camas muy incomodas bastante duras, en mi villa el drenaje de la bañera estaba tapado nunca pudieron arreglarlo, la TV nunca se vio un canal tampoco pudieron repararlo en 5 días de estancia.

en general todo estuvo muy bien...solo un detalle fue que al encender el aire acondicionado empezaron a salir alacranes pequeños...y se refugiaban en la parte baja del lavabo en el baño.....otro punto fue el del baño la coladera durante la estancia siempre permanecio tapada se le informo al area de administracion y solo subieron con un destapacaños pero siguio igual...fuera de esto todo estuvo muy bien es un lugar muy recomendable para descansar y para disfrutar de la naturaleza...gracias

Lo que no me agrado, es que nonte cambian las tuallas diariamente

I do like the location, because it’s very private. But the service is terrible, and owner has no concern a all the needs, no internet, the beach is about 200 yards from the location, water in the swimming pool is cool and not to clean, the I can say. The picture shows in the internet is a big lie, shower get plug and you have to wait for the water goes down,and many more than I don’t want to remember.

Tranquility, Lovely vegetation and amazing view from our balcony. The location was clean, the staff was kind and welcoming. We were the only guests in our building so it was quiet and relaxing. Two downsides: the 4km drive from the main highway to the Hotel is long and a little scary at night.... 2nd the parking, no parking near our room, had to hike up a hillside road to get to our room. If you want a true getaway, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you.
