"Worst motel we have ever been to!"

The worse motel we have ever stayed in. Very unfriendly check in. Pool was drained dry. Window panel in one room was pushed out and cushions hanging out of it. The whole place looked abandoned. Even though room seemed clean and bed was fairly comfortable, I would not recommend to anyone. We booked two nights but called Hotel.com and asked to cancel the 2nd night. Hotel .Com was very understanding and processed our cancellation quickly

"Bad hotel stay"

We were driving cross country and needed to stop for the night and I called Hotels.com and they found this hotel for us. It was the only one in town that was pet friendly and that's what we needed. The rep from Hotels.com said it was non refundable and I said that's ok. Then we got to the room and it was gross. I will never stay again at Americas Best, just nasty!!!

"Not much around to relax after arrival"

Arrived on time and entered room immediately. Motel location very isolated and surrounded by vacated or abandoned buildings with no restaurants in vicinity. Need to backtrack about 4 miles for closest restaurant. Bed frame/mattress very worn and hollowed in the center.
