Americas Best Value Inn Weatherford, OK

The GPS system could not locate the hotel by the given address. The door would not lock properly without a great deal on effort. The advertised breakfast was joke. The fresh (?) coffee was actually cold.

shower didn't work properly, breakfast was nothing special. The parking lot is in need of repair.

The place was cheep. I guess you get what you pay for.My sheet had a cigarette burn in it and a dirty towel left in the bathroom.

front desk spoke Poor english.. went in to ask about an extra pillow and blanket and told they had none what in room is what you get.. was to have a room with 2 queen beds and sleep 6 room had 2 double beds and No couch for the extra people.. checked on breakfast 2pieces of dry toast 1 dry biscuit No gravey and 2 looked old danish rolls... even neighbo r walked out.. went in office before bed 2 young men were asking for a new room they had a mouse in there room the wall had hole in it were told at that time they would be ok..I left.. BAD EXPERIENCE

The owner Mr Patel is just rude and unhelpful. Everything seemed too much trouble. No greeting what so ever when we entered reception. Just blank looks of as if to say we were causing him an inconvenience staying at his hotel. Wife called reception to see if the had more pillows because the ones on the bed were like pancakes. He put the phone down on her twice !

I researched lodging, in this town, briefly, and found, online, at 8pm, on a Monday, the 27th, of July, that the asking rate, for a room, here, at this motel, in two places, was, only, $45.00 and $49.00. I tried, a bid, with a major, I always, use, and bid $$43.00, thinking, that would buy it. It didn't. I raised my bid, to $47.00, and still no dice. I decided, to just go pay their rate. Inside, I, even, asked, for a Senior rate. Remember, I'm thinking, their high rate, is advertised, as $49.00, online. In most hotels, the senior rate, then reduces, that figure, by $5.00. So, I'm expecting a Senior rate, of $44.00. I am floored, when the senior male, says, $55.00 + tax. $58.45. What do you think? And, what do you think happened, here, to me? I am, always prepared, to give a wonderful evaluation, of their place but I cannot, here. So, I wound up, with my so-called, Senior rate, paying, $10.00 more, than the advertised rate. Is that fair, and, what's with the Major Online Bid Taker, what happened, there?

Our room was 61 degrees on arrival and after adjusting the temp the room smelled very musty and was extremely humid. We had bought a birthday cake for my brother that is in the nursing home and the box was extremely damp and the writing on the cake bled. I was very distraught. Was told by desk clerk that I would have to keep it cold in the room to keep the humidity down. Kept temp at 66. Felt like I was freezing to death and had to pay for both nights and did not sleep well either night. I could complain for quite sometime but that does not solve the issue. Just will not ever stay there again.

Anyone who stays here just postpones demolition for another week. A fine example of sucking the last breaths out of a property with no upkeep or maintenance.

We stayed here because we were making a cross-country move. We were desperate for a room because, for some reason, all of the rooms closer to Oklahoma City were full. We were pretty grateful to find this place. That being said, the owner/manager was pretty rude and never seemed to be in the main office/lobby. Also, the continental breakfast was non-existent. The room was fine-- the worst room we stayed in during our move, but no major complaints. We just would never want to give this hotel our business because we spent the whole time feeling like our business wasn't wanted!

Had a hard time getting the company "Best Value" discount. The room smelled bad. The outdoor pool was empty and dirty, I'm not sure it had water in it last year. You have to ask for milk for the cereal, as it is in their locked fridge. I would be embarrassed if I owned it. Had to ask to have the Wi-Fi turned on. Will not be back. The franchise should look at the place.
