Americas Best Value Inn Weatherford, OK

Terrible.Nobody spoke English and got mad when we asked for extra towels.

This motel was a bargain--low rate, very clean, pleasant staff. We were assigned a room on the ground floor in spite of using a coupon from the interstate coupon book (often coupon users receive inferior rooms). Also, the room was very well lit--much brighter than almost any motel I've ever stayed in. The continental breakfast was good. The only downside was that the ice machine was broken; however, the office had a large ice chest for customer use. We highly recommend this motel.

The room has a minimum level of comfort. Too expensive for the area or room.

The staff were really friendly and they didn't have a lot of guests so it was quiet. She only charged me half the usual price for having 2 dogs and that was so nice. The wifi was really great, maybe due to the low amount of guests. We were able to park our uhaul at a pole and it was fine. The area felt safe.

The hotel was terrible, bad odor, and dirty. It is located out of city so it is hard to find something to eat.

It was late when we showed up, I booked through booking.com and even saw the reviews but we were tired and the price was right. The lobby smelled so bad. The man at the front desk argued over $5 difference because the price on the website was different than what he had. I had to show him my confirmation several times and this took about 10 minutes. We finally got our room and walked in, the air conditioning unit was on the floor. Walked out and husband went to get a different room. Finally got another room and it was stiffling hot. Dirty disgusting room. Breakfast was questionable. A gallon of milk on the counter, nobody around. What breakfast? Turned around and left. Will never ever stay here again. It's just not worth it.

It looks like they're trying to clean this place up. The lobby was immaculate and we got a great discount for $35 + tax for 2. The TV in the first room could only get one channel so the young lady at the desk was very apologetic and gave us another room which was clean. The bathroom wasn't as clean as the rest of the room. The pool was drained and the breakfast was just cereal and rolls. Had work crews staying there and other laborers who aren't as particular as families. We'd stay there again at that price.

First of all the directions are incorrect to find the Americas Best Value Inn. When you call their number they hang up or don't answer. We had previously asked for a reservation through Trip Advisor. We stated we needed a ground floor room as my husband uses oxygen. We also travel with pets. We even called the motel to be sure the type of room we requested would be available. We were told, that it was. When we finally found the motel at the other end of town from where the directions stated, the manager told us that he did not have a handicapped room. There were absolutly no cars at the motel. Scarey!! I looked at the room he had, it smelled moldy and I wasn't convinced it was secure. Needless to say we left. Tripadvisor should remove this motel from their site. It is true what the other reviews say about the manager, he doesn't want to be bothered.

The price may be cheap but its not even worth it. I would have much rather spent a little more then stay here. The owner knocked on our door and accused us of having more people stay with us then we initially told them. We did not. He was confused with a different room and did not apologize. Bad service all around.
