Lemigo Hotel

Staff were very friendly, did their best to make things work. Facilities were as advertised and the room (suite) was very big. Breakfast was good, and the Indian menu for dining was very good.

Not well maintained, some basic things were not working. E.g. the sink had no pipe under it so when we turned on the tap the water just flooded out underneath. The TV was missing a part and 3 different people came up to try and fix it.

Great hotel, great service.

The rooms were quite large, large bed, little balcony. The hotel itself it a bit of a maze with different buildings connected together in confusing ways. But good breakfast, nice service, and held the convention I attended fine.

Very noisy! Personnel starts to work at 4 am in the morning and is in no way respectful of customers' sleep.

Chose Lemigo as the conference was based in the extensive spaces for workshops. Very convenient therefore and vastly less costly than the nearby Radisson. Airport shuttle (free). Nice breakfast - ask for the cappuccinos at the bar and the omelettes from the smiling lady in the corner. Large room (upgrade from Booking), huge bed. Pick up a SIM card for 8euros as you exit the airport terminal and cash points are just a few metres further along by the taxi rank. Dollars pretty much accepted everywhere. Then go and explore! Everyone was friendly and helpful wherever we went in Kigali.

Only down point was the shuttle driver was not at arrivals with names of people arriving on a board as promised. Nowhere to be seen. A taxi is 20euros/20-30,000 Rwandan francs (fix the price before getting in). So not a huge deal.
