Room key needed to be re-activated pretty much every day Car did not arrive to collect me from the airport

The breakfast was lovely. More fruits would be ideal, the bananas and pineapples were running out. The guy in charge of breakfast/kitchen (cant remember his name) was fantastic, very human with good customer service. he deserves more pay for treating people with respect!!!!

My room was sprayed with a chemical and I walked in without any warning sign. This affected my health. Lucky I did not require to go to the hospital

Ottima soluzione per chi viaggia per lavoro, il convention center è raggiungibile a piedi. La struttura un pò datata offre un buon rapporto qualità prezzo ed ottimi servizi. La città è sorprendentemente sicura e pulita.

Property is old, but clean. Lots of construction going on around it at the moment. Staff at the hotel were very helpful when I was physically there, but now that I’ve checked out I am not getting any billing help via email or What’s App. I was double billed for incidentals on check-out and I’m still waiting for someone to respond to my request to for a refund over 1 week later.
