Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort All Inclusive

Good location. Nice sized rooms. food was pretty good. But such a small resort. Only 1 bar during the day which gets busy. One pool area and one à la carte restaurant. staff were lovely and hard working …except reception not so much. Found reception lacking in warmth or friendliness. Wifi is spotty. Rooms were not very soundproofed. We could hear our neighbours talking in the next room . Unfortunately they liked to start talking at 6am. Overall we had a very nice time but likely wouldn’t not return.

Solo me gusto el Sky Lounge

El Staff no es muy bueno, los meseros ni te quieren llevar tus bebidas hasta donde estas, pagamos 16 mil pesos por una habitacion que ni lo valia, la comida super mala no habia nada de variedad. La verdad yo no lo recomiendo, mejor vayan a otro lado, waste of money!

The stay was excellent and one waiter in the sky bar made our evenings very enjoyable. Rodrigo made sure we had a wonderful evening and was just plain great with a good personality and service. We had a special dinner on Valentines Day and he made sure we were well cared for, great customer service. Also on the Sunday the cartels burned busses and taxis, this resort made sure people were safe and relaxed. The staff was unable to get home, but they found away to keep them overnight and safe. Also nonguests at the hotel were cared for with food and a safe place to wait to get home. The hype by the media made it seem really bad, but the only ones out out were the citizens who did not have transportation to get to or from work. This lasted 1-2 days and everything returned to normal. I cannot say enough how well this staff acted and took care of their guests as well as others. Awesome job.

No había caja fuerte como lo prometieron, el check in es hasta las 4-5 y el check out es a las 11, no hay mucha variedad en alimentos.

The staff is exceptional. The location is perfect, walking distance to Marina, Male on, Varsalles.

Some rooms are getting a bit dated. Mainly only the bathtubs.

Me pareció un lugar muy tranquilo, cómodo y excelente relación calidad - precio.

el wifi solo funcionaba en la recepción y en la alberca además se desconectaba continuamente y al entrar a cuartos o baños no había nisiquiera señal. No sé si era mi teléfono pero yo batallé un poco con eso

La atencion y amabilidad del personal, sobre todo los meseros,todos. Y más la atención en la reservacion a cenar por la noche, cena italiana, exquisito.

Me gustó todo.
