La habitación, la cama no tenia una pata y se tambaleaba, la TV súper viejita, no tenia Internet ni Smart TV, además el Internet dentro de la habitación no funcionaba

We liked the location, everything was near by and at walking distance.

The food served at the buffet was repeatedly. Same all of the time. Some employees from the desktop were not friendly and we had to beg to extend our stay due to what happened on Sunday, February the 22th. Personnel needs to address this better since hurricanes happen in Puerto Vallarta, they should know what to do and say to the guests.

THe bathroom looked a bit old

LOVED that this was a traditional Mexican resort, full of cultural charm and architecture. Wonderful evening performances celebrating the vast Mexican culture. We appreciated the upgrade to a larger room, which included a kitchen, two bathrooms, and TWO balconies, which we utilized daily. The rooftop bar was AMAZING, as was the kind server, the views were phenomenal. Enjoyed the infinity pool, outdoor seating for breakfast, and the taco truck. The beachfront location was very nice. Nice mix of clientele, all ages, and everyone looked like they were having fun. This is not a modern, condo type resort, which we appreciated.

We were pressured into taking a tour of the resort next door, we were assured that it would be a low pressure presentation, no more than 90 minutes. It was very high pressure, went two hours, and when we asked for the sales pitch to end, we were snapped at. The salesman had me in tears. Unless you are interested in purchasing a timeshare, say no to the tour. We were rewarded with a fantastic whale watching tour, which helped erase the very negative experience. That was the only reason we agreed to the tour. All beach chairs are taken very early in the day. Everyone leaves towel on the chairs, though we were told that chairs could not be reserved. One more restaurant would have been nice, or more food options at the restaurant.
