Fab family friendly resort. Great location. Very well trained staff who were very friendly & accommodating They made our Anniversary so special with wishes from the whole team playing on my TV screen, bed of roses & a cake! Club room benefits was certainly worth it! Will def be back!!

The beds weren’t the best and the aircon was dirty it has left me and my husband with stuffy noises when we left

The customer service was superb! The room was spacious and clean and the pools were very nice. We enjoyed dropping by the azul beach club for dinner and the morning breakfast service was delicious! We appreciated that they offered a free lunch service as well, while their main hotel building was undergoing renovations.

The Bali Mandira truly feels like our home away from home. On this trip we stayed in a Deluxe Villa and it was perfect. Having our own private little courtyard made it feel peaceful and secluded, but the highlight of the room was definitely the outdoor shower – such a beautiful way to start or end the day in Bali. The super king bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome after long days spent shopping and bar hopping. What really makes the Bali Mandira special though is the staff. They are second to none. Every time you walk past, you’re greeted with a warm good morning or good afternoon. Our room was serviced daily and we would often see the staff who look after the grounds throughout the day. They would always stop for a chat, asking how our day was, whether we enjoyed breakfast, and if there was anything we needed for our room. What surprised us most was that they remembered our names – such a personal touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. The location is also perfect, situated right behind Garlic Lane, with shopping, money changers and mini marts all just a short walk away. It’s always a little sad leaving the Bali Mandira because it genuinely feels like you’re leaving family. We can’t wait to come back again.

It is a beautiful typical hotel with enormous pool, delicious breakfast buffet and extremely nice staff.

We had an amazing experience and holiday at the Mandira! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the pool and grass area was a dream, will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family!
