Wonderful service, staff, amenities all perfect

This is our second time staying at the Bali Mandira and we are so happy that we returned. We were welcomed back to the resort by all staff. It felt like we were come home When we checked into our private pool villa there was a personalised video playing on the TV welcoming us back. My partner also received a personalised video on his birthday, along with a birthday cake and flowers in the room. The resort is perfect for us! We travelled with our special needs foster daughter. The resort has a kids club that is not too busy so she wasn’t overwhelmed. It has a waterslide, swim up bar, adults only pool, gym, Azul Beach Club etc. As we stayed in the Club villa, we had access to the Club Lounge offering free drinks and delicious finger food in the afternoons. We also got to have breakfast at Azul Beach Club that had A’la carte breakfast, free speciality coffees. as well as buffet breakfast. It’s so good! The service by all staff at the resort is amazing! They remember your drink order from the day before. The resort has amazing sunset view from the Azul Beach Club, walking distances to restaurants, bars, shops. Massage places etc. We will be returning again!

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and enjoyed the stay. The resort has all services available to the guest from Spa to pool side bar, Azul Cafe is a must visit spot, we daily had breakfast there with scenic beach view. Overall the staff were very friendly, would recommend for anyone who visit Bali for a calm and peaceful stay

The location was perfect. You couldn’t ask for a better spot. The staff were absolutely lovely and kind and the atmosphere was very peaceful and calm all the time. The rooms were clean well maintained and very comfortable. The pools and the grounds were immaculately kept and they added bonus of the adults only rooftop pool was great!! the Azul beach club restaurant was an added bonus and a great spot to eat with nice views. I would Definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Stayed in the villa for four nights and it was amazing, pool is perfect and isolated, Staff are friendly and welcoming, Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good get away

This is our 22nd year with Bali Mandira from the time to go to reception then shown to your room your holiday starts they are just beautiful people that work there cannot do enough for you to make your stay a fabulous one it’s our second home the position we’re Bali Mandira is situated is great ,near the beach and just short walks to shopping and dinning out. everything you need is at your fingertips tips we don’t have any children but I see all the staff that look after your children are great all very friendly and I have noticed that the children love them as well

Rooms are nice and spacious. The pool area is great for both adults and kids. The food is amazing!

The Bali Mandira resort has been an amazing first Bali experience. I have found everything to be clean and well kept. Although there is apparently construction happening we never heard a thing and our stay has been peaceful and calm. We made use of the on site spa with facial pedicure and massages, all excellent experiences. Our standard king room is well spacious and clean. The indoor outdoor shower in the bathroom is a great feature. Sumetra from housekeeping was amazing his kindness and willingness to help and give local advice was awesome. All staff that we have engaged with from groundsmen to managers have all been so friendly and eager to help or just chat. The buffet style food has been plentiful fresh and tasty. All waitstaff are helpful and very friendly. We used room service which arrived quickly and was fresh and at perfect temperature. Laundry service was also very efficient and great value. Although we have had a couple of tour outings absolutely everything you could need is within easy walking distance. We will certainly be back in future years. Thank you Jessica and all staff at Bali Mandira, you have made our first visit to Bali a very memorable one.

Our arrival was very good. Very easy and pleasant. Love the location, everything I want is within easy reach. The staff made the atmosphere so welcoming and inviting. The staff walking the dining room floor were always perfect, I am sorry I cannot remember specific names. Everyone deserves a congratulation. The cultural dinner on Thursday night was awesome, I have never seen that before, the host, Geoffrey was perfect. House keeping was excellent. Special mention to Sumetra, he maintained our room to an exceedingly high standard. Value for money is beyond peer. I did not feel like I overpaid for anything.
