Jess was amazing and so was the whole team! Breakfast was amazing every single morning and the team looked after us!! 100/10 experience

My room was impeccable, the food & drinks 🍹 were divine, the amenities were next level amazing and don’t get me started on the resort personnel…ooof…such beautiful souls ~ every single one of them❣️ (Shoutout to the Queen 👑 of Guest Relations, Jessica 🥰🌺 🙌🏻 🎉). I will genuinely miss them 🥹) until we meet again (soon 😉). And, the Cultural Dinner, the Bali Cocktail class, the Painting 🖼️ class, Movie Night, Music 🎶 & Dancing 💃 in Azul Restaurant (shoutout to entertainment coordinator JFree 🙌🏻 🎉) with ocean views…all of it ~ do it all❣️ Pro tip: add VIP access to the Suling Lounge to your stay…it’s a no brainer ❣️ Finally, I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you the Spa 🧖‍♀️ is an awesome experience and imho, a nonnegotiable must do…I went 4 times 😜😉 (shoutout to the best Masseuse I ever had: Mira 🥳 🙌🏻). In the infamous words of the Terminator, Arnold Schwartzeneger) I’ll be back!

Love the hotel, the room was very good size and kept clean and tidy by house keeping. The grounds and pool are well maintained and great for adults and children. The staff are amazing friendly and helpful

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mandira, big beautiful gardens, a wonderful pool and great location. Room was nice and clean, any issues we did have were promptly addressed by their attentive staff. Plenty of activities available including movie nights and yoga/stretching sessions in the peaceful gardens. Low season is the best time to visit Bali and enjoy an iconic resort like the Mandira. The resort is impressive but the personnel working there are what really make it special. This was our first time but we will be back for more.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having access to the Azul beach club was great for afternoon swims and drinks to cool down. It was easy access to other resturaunts, bars and garlic lane. I can see why family would enjoy it as the family pool had a slide and beach area. Would stay again.

Beautiful resort with one of the friendliest staff I have ever experienced. We received 5 * treatment from the day we arrived until we left. The breakfast was always good with a vast variety to choose from. Our room was well kept, always clean. Our Spa treatment was exceptional and the beach club guys made my birthday special with a special cake 🎂. I loved every bit of our stay.

This was our first time staying at the Bali Mandira, but 10th time in Bali. The location of this resort is great, 10minute walk to Seninyak, 15minutes to Kuta. The resort it self has a great pool with 2 slides which is great for the kids. The Atmosphere is very family friendly and we booked the “deluxe cottage” which had a large king bed and we asked for an extra single bed too with a beautiful rain shower. The value per night was great as we got a deal through the hotel itself which included buffet breakfast and suling lounge club benefits. The rooms are clean and service was amazing. We loved having breakfast at Azul Restaurant and being greeted by “AGUS” who was lovely as well as AYU at front reception who always greeted us with her beautiful smile. We will definitely be back! The resort wasn’t to busy as other resorts we’ve stayed in the past and not noisy at all. Thank you to the staff in suling lounge especially “TIA” and Jessica from Guest Relations.
