Always return to our favourite stay in Bali. The staff are like family. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Location is perfect. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are traditional Balinese bungalows. You will be smiling all day because every member of staff is so friendly. Special thanks to Winwin, Radita, Tri, Diani & Gede. But honestly, if I could name everyone I would. Will always return.

The staff are fantastic and very helpful at this resort. The area that has the adult only pool has loungers but no umbrellas noted for which the guest needs to either pay to sit on them or purchase food so not free. Secondly same area they have Cabanas again a price tag associated to sit on these which is something I found discusting due to the fact as a guest you have already paid to stay at the hotel and use the facilities. Management need to review this for sure. The hotel is kept really clean again down to fantastic staff including the rooms that are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices again the staff are very attentive.

I would recommend this to all family and friends between the gardens being so tranquil, the amazing pool, rooftop and spa, gym and library including amazing meals and the staff being super accommodating and friendly I will most definitely be staying here again for a lot longer next time. If you want a resort you don’t have to even leave for 2 weeks this would be it. Food, service with a smile and everything at your beck and call. See you all soon
