Tropicana Lagoon Apartments

We did not stay at Tropicana as they said it would be better for us to be sent to co co beach on arrival as they had a noisy crowd it was nice but it was away from the addmitidies we needed every thing else went good Thankyou

Beautiful place to stay just out of town. Awesome staff super friendly, helpful and down to earth. Big shout out to Shelia thanks for the morning smiles and the yummiest Pina Coladas i have eva had. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Its a nice but basic place to stay. All of the staff are beautiful people and helpful except for just one girl that was quite rude and gave the impression she didn't want to be there. The restaurant has some great meals but breakfast is very limited. The are cooking facilities in the rooms though. A shop within walking distance to get most of what you need and to go to town just walk to end of driveway and get a bus almost straight away.

Lovely apartments, would have been nice to stay longer. The restaurant on site was nice and made you feel really special dining there but the breakfast menu was a little sparse. If you planning on staying bring your own food for some meals as the room had a great little cooktop.

We loved staying at the Tropiana Lagoon Apartments: Staff was so lovely and caring, always smiling and making an effort to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast food was always fresh and all foods served with exceptional presentation. A short walk to a big supermarket if you are after preparing some of the food yourself, but far enough that you never felt near the road. View of the lagoon is beautiful from the restaurant and they have free kayaks available for a paddle along the lagoon. lovely.

Quiet location on lagoon. Good outdoor restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommend rental car or taxi to get around.

Staff & Management were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Food in restaurant was good and coffee was great!

Can't even calmly explain how poor the service is at this hotel, not to mention the bathrooms are so mouldy they smell disgusting. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SKIP THIS PLACE.

The room and service was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful even took us to a sister resort for the day for kayaking and snorkeling. Nothing was too much trouble for them,

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful .. the studio apartment needs a GOOD clean up .under the bed and under the sofa was very dirty also the shower and sofa was dirty.. the tv is so small and terrible sound and it's over the sofa .. Definitely NOT a 4 stars ..maybe a 2.1/2 or 3 star
