Rich Resort Beachside Hotel

For a place near the beach it's great. The restaurant has a great view, and its just. minute too the water It was clean and i saw the cleaning lady scrubbing the bathroom floor. The down part was that i didn't like the bar atmosphere in the evening and that the windows in my room went into a hall. Basically makes it feel closet like. I didn't think it was clear on the website. Not all rooms are like that. I got a fan room so there was no outside ventilation. However, for the price of the standard room it can be worth it. Even if the sheets had a few holes. It depends on your values.

A bit run down.

Loud resort , was fun the first night but after a few got a bit tiring. Would be good if you just want to party and get legless flat out. On the end of a v nice beach. Pretty sure one of their meals gave me a pretty bad 24 hours of food poisoning. Decent priced though.

Ac was a joke so us had to rely on the fan. Bed was stiff and uncomfortable and shower amenities were basic. Very noisy as well.

Travelling with friends, this is a good value low/med priced hotel, right on the beach and handy to the center of Lamai. Staff friendly, reasonable english and good trying to help.

Checked in, went to the room, had a walk around the area and checked out. 500baht key deposit required at check in tho you have to sign a statement saying you'll leave the key in the deposit box at reception (which closes at 11pm) everytime you left your room. Room was gross, safety deposit box hanging off the wall and could be accessed by key as well as code (the key was for staff only!). Would definitely not recommend. Paid $50 extra for 3nts and had pool access room, breakfast included and treat like royalty at another resort. Absolute rip off and would highly NOT recommend this place.

Great hotel, so close to beach & lovely bar. Rooms cleaned daily with free water given, towels & sheets changed too. We rented motor bike from reception, super easy, super cheap. We will be back.
