Excellent location, property is beautiful and food is amazing. The chef is one of the best.

No service at all. No one came to collect the used utensils even on the next day. No refilling of water. uncomfortable bed and pillows. The pillows were so over used that it actually hurt our head to use it. Same with hotel bed. The staff is good but not trained. The hotel mascots, Coco and Cara, the samoyeds, were neglected, although there was a care taker. Obviously the care taker wasn't doing his job. All the unused food goes to waste instead of feeding the strays. Surprised to see an Oberoi group property so badly managed and run.
