Bathroom and toilets below par need full revamping, staff at restaurant rarely stays engaged with diners after initial order, one has to get up and call them. Lackadaisical housekeeping. No responses to requests made on Booking.com portal though booking done thru it.

Loved the view, the flowers and the Samoyeds.

The Bathrooms need some refurbishment.

I have no words to describe the Mountain View rooms that we opted for, we could see the Kanchenjunga peaks very clearly… the resort ambience was like an British boutique hotel and the dining table set up was also so very English… some tourist spots are near by like Pemayangtse Monastery is walkable… the bird park and the Rabdentse ruins are a KM away,

nothing…

I strongly recommend this outstanding property that makes you relaxed from all of your hectic life.

Thw property has a good view and the staff are exquisite.

Not value for money. For a hotel that is priced high its facilities are lacking. Wifi is patchy and does not work when the power is out which is often. The dining area is small and the buffet spread is basic.
