Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brady by IHG

The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. Hotel is super nice and super clean. Only complaint is that the driveway and around the building is really dark

Enjoyed the stay. Of the places in Brady to stay, it's by far the best.

Staff were very poor I had hoped to use the swimming pool it was a disgrace and should not be advertised as a facility.

I cannot express to you the amazing customer service we received at this particular Holiday Inn. The manager Sterling did everything possible to make our stay amazing. We were not planning on stopping through but due to U-Haul troubles we needed a room same day. He gave us our options and as we waited to see if U-Haul was paying he made sure we were comfortable. Held our luggage, showed us the restroom downstairs in case we need to freshen up from our trip, and was so patient with us while we hung out in the lobby awaiting our call from U-Haul. We only stayed one short night, but the kindness he provided us weary travelers was incredible. The room itself was perfect. AC fully functioning clean and updated bathrooms and rooms made everything just even better. We didn’t check out pool or breakfast as we had to make an early start.

The property is in remodel. My room was completely done and very comfortable.

The breakfast room is small. There are still remodel trailers all around the grounds. No yard for having a pet there

Yes, there is construction as renovations occur, but to close down business to do so is unrealistic. We really enjoyed the clean and refreshed room. Although I wish there was an option for constant fan or noise machine because I really need that hum to fall and stay asleep. If you’re looking to sleep later than 9:00 which is when the construction noise is allowed as posted, then choose elsewhere. If you’re going to be up earlier than that, need a solid breakfast, and maybe even a dip in the pool the night before in Brady, this is the place. Very conveniently located for any passers through to destinations along this long stretch of Texas Hill Country who need that “we can’t go any further today” stopover.

I reserved a suite. What I received is little more than a standard room. No table and chairs, no sink/kitchen area. I am VERY unhappy. Staff told me this was a new room, but it certainly doesn't look like it. ( carpet is also dirty) Additionally, they said the change in the room was due to renovations. As I wrote this review, the manager reached out, stating that the pictures on the web were old and to offer either discount or refund. I accepted the discount since we had already unpacked. The web pictures should be updated, or a notation should be included warning customers of changes in the room. False advertising is never acceptable. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again. I will stay at Best Western as I usually do.
