Great friendliness of staff

No ice machine on my floor You had to go to the different floor for ice

Must not of had worker show up. Guy working was slow and didn't know how to do much.

Hotel has been recently renovated and looks very nice. Everything is very clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Parking lot, especially the grassy areas where pets can have exercise, are pretty dark. It would be great if there was one or two more lights. Also, they could use another garbage bin at the end doors, rather than just having one at the main lobby door.

Had asked for standard king room. Was given handicap room

Overnight stay, it was clean and good service.

This holiday inn was an awesome property. Beds were super comfy, it was quiet, staff was phenomenal! There was a variety of breakfast items, too.

We had to change rooms due to a ac being extremely loud. They moved us with no problem the second night. Even though it isn’t being used, the pool looked awful
