Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brady by IHG

Nice property. Didn't like that i had to wait to see if there was a room cleaned after check-in time but otherwise good property

The check in was easy and the gentleman was pleasant. We had issues w the tv not turning on and he came up and helped w that. But This stay was rather poor and I was in all that when I requested two towels the housekeeper came in and took two towels and left. We were a party of 6 w 4 towels so I needed 2 more full size towels. I went down to the front desk and requested two towels and the lady said when they were done washing they would take 2 up to us. Really it was 1030 am and we had to wait around 2 hours for towels?? Very unacceptable in our opinions. So we just shared cold wet towels.

you can see under the door to the hall, very loud, quiet time isn't enforced. the smokers congregate at the dark end (no parking lot lights) & all of the stair doors aren't locked, room a/c is loud, sounds like a cheese grinder. dead crickets outside the front entry door, saw staff wiping her nose with no gloves on during breakfast hours. front staff put customer on speaker cell phone read credit card numbers out loud (where you could be hacked).

I had not ever stayed there before. I liked it , I will stay there in the future.

This is an average hotel. It is pretty old and it does look like it needs updating. They were down to one icemaker and all the guests there kept it empty. I checked twice for ice. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable enough
