Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brady by IHG

We did not get the room I booked. It was already taken. We requested 2 queen handicapped accessible. They did get us a roll away and don’t charge, but it was frustrating to not have the two beds we reserved. The staff was kind and breakfast was great.

Hotel was very clean & comfortable. Staff pleasant. Hot breakfast very good 👍

First time we stayed always nice second time the room was not cleaned

The man at the front desk seemed to be new and extremely slow in using card machine,said our cards didn’t work yet we left a short time later and fill up with gas and had no problem with the card

Pubic hair on the toilet lid greeting me today.

This stay was horrible. We were in town for my mom’s funeral and were left with no water the day of her services. When we checked in we were put in a room that didn’t have a working tv. Maintenance had to come up to fix it then the next day we had to get a new remote. Breakfast didn’t have a working pancake machine and when asked for meats we were told no. There was a lady sitting on the floor counting packets during breakfast. Employees were on their phones every time we walked by the front desk not acknowledging guests. Water didn’t heat up, and was turning on and off spitting out air. Awful experience for not being busy.

Walking in the lobby, we were immediately hit with that “new hotel” smell. I’m not sure if they’ve had a recent remodel but it was so clean and bright. We were given our choice of floor to stay on and were taken care of swiftly. Our room was sooo clean! No scuff marks, no weird smell, no questionable linens. The cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in a long time. The outlet in the bathroom has the BEST blue light night light! We loved that. We will definitely choose this location if we are driving through again!
