Hotel Carpa Manzano

The location is great. The hotel is old but that's what makes it a good experience. Our room was a bit small with only one nightstand. Since we started our three month travels I've learned that a night stand comes in very handy.

Rooms were a bit small. Same for the bathroom. But it's still a nice and clean hotel.

It's was lovely. Nice rooms. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple and tasty.

Most of all, I would say that the staff here are amazing. They were so helpful to me. I was able to leave my luggage while in Patagonia. Location is awesome as it is so quiet and you can walk everywhere.

Bed was comfy. Room clean. There was a bath. Staff friendly and helpful

Wifi was very bad and when you are travelling from overseas with no internet unless you get wifi it is important. Bedroom was booked with ‘garden view’- our view was of a wall with a bit of garden below about 3 ft wide. Breakfast was very poor. Not sure if it was put out the night before but the hot milk was off, no cold milk, no decaf coffee sachets.

Good location. Decent option and good value for money.

Our room was very small

Convinient location, good price for the quality. The room was nice and warm, large comfortable bed. Good wifi and breakfast, could recommend for anyone visiting punta arenas. There is free parking in front of the building.

Easy check-in & check-out

Room (#101) smelled like a combination of mildew and feces. Smallest tub/shower ever, leading to a giant puddle on the floor after one 10-minute shower. Also, the breakfast attendants were too busy chatting (for a half hour in the back room) to do their job…miraculously the eggs and lunchmeat were replaced shortly after I stood right outside their staff room door and gave them an uncomfortably long stare…

It was a great place to stay.
