Hotel Carpa Manzano

The staff was really very helpful when I checked in. And after I checked out, they helped me call a taxi. The room was quiet.

Not so good, noisy at night, very small rooms and even smaller bathrooms, well over priced. Okay breakfast, warm rooms.

Close to many local attractions and restaurants

Uncomfortable bed

The facilities (reception and breakfast room) look quite nice. They should renovate the rooms accordingly.

The hotel has an animal-problem: we had multiple small insects in the bed, which were later visited by their friends - two large moths, and 2 spiders (we called them Larry and Henry). After that we did not sleep comfortable anymore. Our bathroom turned meanwhile into a small swimming pool, because a valve on the washbasin was broken. At least, the staff tried to help us and fixed the issue on day 2 of our stay. The breakfast was limited to the bare minimum, 1 hour before closing(!) there was hardly anything left. Our bedroom was quite small. We were disappointed for the value-for-money!

Location was good, not too far from the center so everything is in walking distance. A good restaurant was just around the corner. The hotel was clean and functional. Staff and reception was friendly.

The room is rather spartanic. Our room had two single beds, which were quite small even for singles.
