Canary Beach Resort

We stood in the hotel for four nights. Our room (deluxe sea view) was excellent although we upgraded beforehand from superior garden. We found the upgrade to be a real benefit to our stay. We had some minor issues with the room (broken light, leakage) of which the light was fixed quickly. Room is cleaned everyday and some fresh fruit is included. The hotel itself is located about 4 km away from a lot of nice restaurants so we had to take the taxi in order to have enough restaurants to choose from. The area mainly seems to accommodate Russian tourists, which is why many signs are in that language. The staff at reception and breakfast were quite friendly whereas the staff at the bar appeared really cranky everyday. Breakfast is good, room service was average at most. Tips for the hotel: -please consider a different music choice throughout the hotel. We did not consider the upbeat house music at breakfast to be relaxing -please consider a policy that restricts the reservation of pool/beach beds. It was hard for us to find a bed while most beds were only reserved for people that we never saw from 6am. All in all, 3 star in rating would be correct but the good price/quality makes it 4.

我們住501,503兩間海景房501馬桶很骯髒第一天居然沒有補好沐浴乳連香皂也沒放我們用自己的洗面乳洗澡，房型是可愛海景美麗早餐很差我們8:15進去就沒食物吃，好在這家飯店有沙灘碳烤可以買補償了食物的不足，503房間是頂樓又西曬坪數大非常熱，房間必須裝2台冷氣才夠用卻只有一台冷氣而已，我家人說房間熱到影響渡假心情。但是水果補充的很大方讓我們看了心情愉快

It's a good hotel but the internet only works in the lobby. Service was great, good english. Prices are also good but even though it offers wi fi it doesn't work properly which has been a big issue. Most people spend their time in the lobby.

Stayed here for 4 nights First impressions was good, thought I would get a balcony however I was on the forth floor and that floor did not have a balcony Breakfast similar to most hotels in Vietnam , fruit, Asian, and Fried foods (ie eggs Bacon) that type of thing.. Unfortunately the cooking of the eggs was disastrous, no heat getting into pan, cook could not cook, seriously she could not fry an egg or bacon. Everything stuck to the pan And she could not crack two eggs without breaking one, it did not inspire confidence in the cook. ( The staff in the hotel, whether the pool bar or in the breakfast bar , all appeared to be very young like school leavers and had no drive as such or supervision to prompt them. Although hotel was clean and the rooms were fresh and tidy the staff were not at all helpful. Sun beds was a slight issue, that could be sorted by management by enforcing the point that beds should not be reserved, however beds were being reserved and most were taken by 0700hrs which was when breakfast started ! Extra beds were moved onto the beech by the staff later on but if you needed shade You would have a problem. some of the Sun beds were in need of repair/ scraping Day one, I reported that we did not have much water pressure in the shower , the guy came up ( another school leaver type ) when I showed him the problem he effectively laughed at me indicating water was coming out of the shower but that there was nothing he could do, it was always like that. Day two my wife tried to wash her hair in the shower, the hot water actually stopped coming out, and the cold was literally dribbling out, I reported the problem again. Again and they indicated there was nothing that could be done. The brochure indicated hot water was available. Again they said there was nothing they could do. the person in the next room and I were not impressed and complained to the manager without any joy, they indicated all the forth floor had had this problem since the place was built .( asked if another room was available they said there was however it only had a foot square window, I was not willing to accept that room however my wife was able to use the room in order to finish washing her hair) Day three, came up from the beach having used the shower by the pool (although cold it had some power) checked the shower in the room, this time it did have some water coming out and it was hot the pressure was slightly stronger but still poor however it was Sufficient to shower in, coincidence I do not know. They may have made some adjustments, obviously the number of people using showers at the same time has a bearing but you should be able to get wet in the shower. The bar prices around the pool were reasonably priced in comparison to Nha Trang Hotels..All prices in Mui Ne were about 50% cheaper which was good. The down side (well from my point of view) is the shops did not barter very much and prices were fairy well fixed The beech was cleaned by the hotel, however due to the location and slight breeze the rubbish tended blow through. It was a sandy beech, ideal for little children to paddle in. A very gradual change of water depth. Plenty of action on beech with beech sellers and Masseurs (100000 for a massage ) Also lots of people collecting shells I would also be aware there my be Jelly fish…Saw one big one further up on the beech and a few small ones.Not sure if an issue or not but be aware… I did tend to get a lot of bites on the beach not sure if only me, my wife got a couple but my friends got none. Overhaul was disappointed in the Hotel,( mainly the staff and there lack of professionalism ) but not the location, the rooms appeared clean.plumbing on 4th floor was an issue

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Canary beach resort and would say its average but has a couple of good things going for it. The staff were the least friendliest we had experienced in our entire 3 weeks in Vietnam. It seem they preferred to speak Russian instead of English! Lack of smiles and making you feel warm and welcomed! The resort itself was nice with a good pool and close to the beach. The wifi was the worst we had experienced in our entire trip throughout Vietnam and we had stayed in similar sized resorts before and when I asked reception they just kind of laughed about it and said its because there are heaps of people here staying. The room itself was fine with a balcony. Overall expensive for the service, better resorts in mui ne that are cheaper!!

Perfect location that not too close to main area. A little bit small but clean room. Good price and breakfast.

사진으로만 보고 예약을 하고, 해당 투숙일에 호텔에 도착하였다. 주변 다른 리조트나 호텔에 비해 전혀 부족함이 없었고, 위치도 편리하였다. 리조트안 수영장도 좋았으며, 리조트 바로 앞 비치에서에서도 기분 좋은 시간 및 안락한 시간을 보낼 수 있었다. 조식 또한 훌륭함.

My husband and I stayed here for a nice weekend. The resort itself is really nice. The beach is nice, pool is nice and customer service was great. The only downside to the resort is its location. If you're up for a some nightlife or just different food, there's not much around the resort. We ended up eating all our meals at the resort which got a bit mundane but don't get me wrong -The food there is really good and the breakfast brunch is fantastic. We just wanted a bit more variety during the weekend. However, I'm sure if we had rented a motorbike or taken a taxi just a few miles up towards the main strip, we would've found a bit more variety. It just would've been nice to walk outside the hotel and see 2 or 3 other places to eat. But overall, the resort is great and we'd definitely stay there again.. we would just rent a motorbike or grab a taxi. I'd highly recommend it!

Staff not will to help, room is dirty, wifi can be connected but cannot access Internet, breakfast time from 7 - 9 am which is too short
