Canary Beach Resort

Really enjoyed our stay there. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was well maintained and comfortable. However it is right at the end of the strip which may be a bit of a pain for some people. We just wanted to relax as this was the end of our holiday so this hotel was ideal with some good places to eat very close. The highlight was walking to the "fairy springs" which is very close.

Хороший отель за разумные деньги. Единственное, что удручало, это невозможность купания в море, по причине его загрязненности.

Хорошее расположение, чистые номера, вкусные завтраки, уютная территория, приветливый персонал. Пляж чистый и немноголюдный. У ресепшена компьютеры с выходом в интернет круглосуточно. В общем, никаких претензий.

Были в отеле в январе 2012. Для 3-х звезд все даже очень хорошо , одно НО - в корпусе В нереально пахнет канализацией - это номера с видом на сад, но по факту это не сад а стоянка ...

Het is een mooi resort met goed ontbijt en lekkere fruitshakes bij zwembad barretje. Eten bij zwembad is erg slecht en reken op een half uur fietsen naar centrum mui ne.

The hotel was fine, the staff friendly and polite, rooms were spacious, clean most of the time and ease of access. The breakfast had very short duration and food was not replenish soon enough for guests that were just arriving.

We arrived at Canary Resort and were placed in a room right next to the construstion area. On the other side of our wall there was so much noise we couldn't hear each other speak. We went to reception asking to be placed in another room, the staff were not helpful, they didn't look at us when we spoke to them. They said they had one other room available which was the same price as ours. When they showed us the room it was literally under a staircase, had no shower curtain of door, just a showerhead in the bathroom and no window in the room. We said we weren't happy with that and they told us they couldn't help and if we wanted a different room we would have to pay extra. Unhappy with this my friend and I were returning to our room when they suddenly changed their minds and decided to upgrade us free of charge to a room in a different area (as they should have done immediately). The staff were continually unhelpful and rude. We booked a bus to Ho Chi Minh through the hotel. We confirmed the departure time with the staff at the reception desk the night before. The morning of our departure we received a phone call telling us that our bus would be leaving half an hour before we were told. We raced to reception missing breakfast only to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting for the bus to come. Overall the hotel was nice and clean, facilities were good as was breakfast. BUT the unhelpful and unpleasant staff totally ruined our experience at the hotel.
