Hotel Benidorm Panama

hotel is old and ru down, but as clean as could be expected, cheap, and the saff over all was nice. The location is convienent.

I had to spend 19 hours in Panama and needed inexpensive overnight accommodation. Benidorm Hotel fitted the bill and turned out what I expected it to be. Staff and reception was quite good. The TV in my room was not working with the remote and it was quickly changed.

Simple no-frills hotel. Stay comfortable. Friendly service. Clean.

My wife and I stayed at Benidorm because of the price and its convenient location, 10 minutes to the Albrook Mall. We arrive at night after spending a few days at Varadero, Cuba and we decided to stay one night at Panama City for going shopping the next day. Modifications are being done at this very simple and a bit old hotel, so you can see part of the material being used if you go down to the parking place. However, we were wanting just a clean room to spend the night so we really didn't care. The next morning, breakfast was very simple but fine, you can choose natural juices, coffee, tea or milk, and pankakes, fried eggs with sausages or ham. The parking place is at the underground level, its small but safe like the hotel. For the price it was a good deal, room+breakfast+internet+parking included.

The place is a dump. It is old. There were no mattress covers, just under-sized sheets which slipped off the mattress, during the night so you ended up sleeping on the mattress. The pillow stuffings were sticking out - yuck! The towels had questionable stains. No windows in the room. The AC was a freight train. It was cheap, but we didn't get what we paid for!

The hotel staff was very helpful, attentive to our necesities, cleaning was satisfactory, breakfast included in the plan was good and sufficient, the location allows us to move easily to shopping centers and other points of interest. The hotel's transport service is prompt and economical. The rooms have free internet connection. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff

It was cheap and that the only thing I could say good. Traffic was loud all night. Didnt dare leave the room for fear of being a gringo target

The hotel physical condition wasn't bad but the noise level was. Our first room was close to the elevator and every time it went up or down, there was a loud clanking noise. We finally asked to be moved. Our next room was on the street side and the noise level there wasn't much better. We didn't get much sleep that night. Parking was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Limited English.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HOTEL THEY OFFER BUFFET BREAKFAST ,BUT U ONLY RECIVE LIKE AMERICAN AND HAVE TO PAY IF U ORDER MORE , AND WIFI NEVER WORK BECAUSE WE STAY 3 DAY AND NEVER USE WIFI BECAUSE EVERY DAY THEY SAY WEARE FIXING THE PROBLEM BUT THAT 3 DAY SAME THING .
