It’s close to home.

While the hotel staff were genuinely kind and did their best to accommodate us, unfortunately, our stay fell well short of expectations. From the start, there was a persistent high-pitched noise in our room that didn’t go away even after switching rooms, which made resting difficult. Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning in our room was broken, and the overall cooling system throughout the hotel was clearly struggling—making the hallways uncomfortably hot. It was a stressful situation made worse by these issues. Beyond that, the hotel itself shows signs that it’s due for a thorough update and maintenance. It would benefit greatly from a detailed inspection by corporate management to identify and address these ongoing problems. I sincerely hope the hotel takes these steps to improve for future guests.

Great service, all employees were very nice and always ready to help. I loved that breakfast time was until 10 am and being on vacation that is very important so we dont have tonwake up too ealry. Always coffee on the lobby, hot chocolate and tea. Specially thanks to our room housekeeping Janal. She was very helpful and nice.

The staff were outstanding. Lessa in particular could not be more helpful or friendlier. The folks who keep the breakfasts going (I cannot remember their names, but it was a lady and her daughter) were amazing.

Something really small, but for the suite we had, can you provide more than one rolling chair? Two would be awesome.

This place is old and dirty

This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. The location is perfect for us when visiting family nearby. The staff at the hotel are all really friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast area to the cleaning team. It's comfortable with ample parking. The gym is pretty decent, large with treadmills, bikes, and almost a full set of weights. The room itself definitely needs a refresh. The bathroom wallpaper is torn and faded and all the furniture looks really dated. There is a chair as well as a desk and none of it is bad, just old. It was fine for our stay but I hope that they get a chance to do some remodeling soon.

The property was ok. Rooms were clean, bathroom had some mold near the shower. Otherwise ok. Beds were comfortable but the pillows weren't. AC worked fine. The breakfast area was a little confusing but what was there, was good. We frequent this area 3-5 times a year. This was the first time I felt like we should look for different accommodations. Review various travel apps before booking 😉.
