"Comfortable, quiet, great breakfast"

We checked in late, so there was a bit of an issue with the credit card scanner, but we got that accomplished. Our room was big and quiet and we slept great. Breakfast was very good!!

We did see one roach, the bug, but I guess that happens

The owner needs to put money in to the property it’s extremely dated. The carpet on the 4th floor off the elevator is bunched up a rippled and a tripping hazard. I met with the manager who was a good listener at least and hopefully he can get some of this corrected before our next stay there.

"It was one, if not the most comfortable hotel room I have stayed in that I can recall."

The Bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. I was sad to leave them behind. 😆😆 The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay with no complaints.

I honestly can't find anything to complain about.

Property is great and location is close to many conveniences. One issue with property we experienced was that all the outside lighting went out around 8:30 -9:00 pm just as it started to get dark. Parking and entrance area all pitch black.

"Southern hospitality"

I guess this is what Southern hospitality is all about. I travel and I never met a front desk person like Cheyenne, she was bubbling with friendliness. Also everybody that works there seems to be truly happy great location great stay.

I liked that the hallways seemed to have padding so that noise by people walking down the hall and luggage noise were reduced greatly. I also liked that they had shades in the room windows that blocked out light completely when lowered. The breakfast options were better than most serve nowadays. There were good protein options available and not just high carb options. Very minor annoyances were a nightlight that was always on, even though I wanted my room dark as I am sensitive to light while sleeping and the grab bar in the shower was positioned right where you stand and turn in shower. It was in the way while trying to shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
