Very friendly staff, they were all very welcoming

The room was very clean. Staff really nice. You couldnt control speed of airconditioner but it was cool enough. Pool didnt have lounge chairs just regular chairs. Toilet seat did not fit toilet. All in all these are picky things. Breakfast was good. Coffee ready all.the time.

Food was fine, times of breakfast was good , not crowded. Like the fact there were facilities for laundry, although we didn’t need it, there was a gym and pool, and ice, so much better than English hotels! Staff were very polite and helpful, plenty of parking and in a great position for our visit

Not a fan of the paper plates and plastic cutlery , seems a waste as it was not recycled,we just put everything in the bin. There was a staff meeting held in the foyer at 09.50 (Monday 18 August) which we felt was not appropriate, should have been held in private as guest had to walk through the middle of it to exit the hotel and there could have been private items being discussed. By car it was a little difficult to find the way in and out , but once we worked it out it was fine
