reception and concierge staff very helpful for advice and assistance on visiting local attractions. business traveler might expect a better equipped fitness center and better functioning air conditioning in the room. breakfast buffet is quite extensive, though staff are slow to refresh items that are running low. dinner menu and service was excellent. windows XP needs updating at the business center overall, good value for money

Good service and food.

Spent last night at this hotel. The room was large, bed very comfortable, crisp and clean sheets, large bathroon, great shower and excellent wifi. They also had an underground secure carpark for our motorcycles. We had dinner in-house as we were too tired to go out - it was just passable but at least we go something to eat. Buffet breakfast was extensive with fresh fruit. Perfect hotel for a night.

The Diego was a nice hotel for a business stay. Check in and check out takes a little longer that usual, but the hotel has good accommodations. A restaurant on the main floor has a nice menu from sandwiches to entrees, and snacks. Breakfast is ok, with eggs, and ham, toast, etc. Rooms come with a stocked mini-fridge with reasonable prices. Parking is either underground or in a gated lot, so belongings are secure overnight. The wifi is good enough to check email, but is too slow to allow for streaming or downloading any files.

I stayed there on my way to Concepcion. It was the first time I stayed at this hotel and was not expecting much from it but I was pleasantly surprised, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is ok. If you are here in Talca, I will stay there again, specially considering that there aren't many choices here.

Nice and clean rooms, very suitable for business people, good internet connection. Breakfast and dinner was very good in the nice hotel restaurant. The staff at the reception counter could be somewhat friendlier and was busy chatting with each other, but not annoyingly so. Over all, a good experience.

Hotel Diego De Almagro was a perfect choice for our first night in Chile as we travelled south from Santiago Airport along the Pan American Highway. Very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast included. Free WiFi and underground parking.

I stayed in Talca for a night on business at Diego de Almagro and it was well worth. I found English speakers at the reception which was helpful. The room was spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options but seemed fair. Overall I was happy with the service.
