The location of the Riad was on the perimeter of the Medina so it was an ideal spot. On arrival we were greeted by Jerome the owner and served a complimentary tagine, bread, fruit and mint tea by Esma, what a surprise! The Riad itself has been beautifully restored with lovely features throughout. Breakfast was another treat, with omlettes, fruit juice, pancakes, and breads/ jams along with mint tea and coffee. The roof top terrace was lovely for a relax in the afternoon.

My favorite stay of my Morocco trip! Such a gorgeous building. Great location. Incredible rooftop. Amazing room. I could've spent the whole trip lounging from room to room in this building! Very lovely staff. Be wary of 30 dhiram bottles of water (compared to 6 at local vendors) and feral dogs.

I wanted to give this Riad 5 stars but after staying in Rabat , Casablanca and Marrakech in similar lodging it is difficult. We stayed for 2 nights the first week in March. We were the only guests and there were 2 people in the Riad to contact for any assistance. They were not trained or willing to provide much customer service or help. We had dinner the first night at the Riad which was nice and cooked by Esma. We were asked when we wanted breakfast & we requested 9am since we had a tour at 10am. Mohammad was 20 minutes late & then had to prepare & cook breakfast so we had to eat in 15 minutes. The next day was the same experience. The second night of our stay, one of the staff had her family for dinner in the Riad & 3 small children screamed and ran around until 10pm. The noise carries to the room we were assigned. We wanted to retire early that night but were not able to go to sleep due to the noise of the children. This is a wonderfully located Riad right inside the Medina. The public areas are nice and decorated in keeping with the atmosphere in Fes. Hoping other guests have better experiences.

The most beautiful place to stay! The decor is classic Moroccan beauty and the room itself felt like a King’s chamber. Walkable to everything and a safe area. The staff was fantastic and very welcoming. Strongly recommend.

Our stay with Jerome was fantastic! We booked a double bed, which was our mistake, as we wanted two separate beds. Jerome gave us a large family suite at no extra costs. The riad is so beautiful. It's truly a palace. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the courtyard was a delight every morning. We were able to park our car in the courtyard for free. If we ever visit Fez again, we will definitely return to Jerome’s riad. Thank you, Jerome, for our wonderful stay at your riad.
