Pallazzo Alfonso

Location is very near the central train station, and it was a comfortable stay, but not very comfortable. It was an okay stay.

Price was higher, and bed was not very comfortable. Bathroom amenities were not present. Room was quite dark with dark lighting.

Heated floor! Fridge in room!

Very poor internet connection! TV useless not even one channel! Not properly claning on my arrival! Furniture old and uncomfortable! Windows blocked by vegetation

The room was spacious. Nice floor heating in the bathroom.

- The room smells disgusting, like someone has smoked a lot before me - The mattress of the bed was terrible and one of the two has deformed completely. - The room was in general dirty. - Only the bathroom has heating. Otherwise the room is relatively cold...

The property is extremely out dated and shabby. Not worth the money.

I had reached out to them about my arrival time which they confirmed but I had no access to the property until the following day. This was rectified and I was reimbursed for the first day.

It's the top-floor of the building with large Doors on both sides which gives you a nice possibility to cool down in summer.

The whole place was exceptional filthy! Dirty sheets on the beds with a lot of unequivocalli stains on it. More of these stains on the dirty floor. Everything was dusty - even the "fresh" sheets in the cabinets that we had to put onto the beds our own. The staff was rude over the phone.
