The location is good

Property has a quirky creative charm to it. Our room (top level penthouse) was very large and spacious with high ceilings, glass walls and rooflights. The overgrown climber plants on the facades add to the shabby chic appeal. Underfloor heating not working when we visited but we were supplied with plenty of space heaters.

Clean but a bit too shabby for our liking. We also did not receive the message with instructions to get into the property. When we arrived (within normal check in hours) no one was at the property. We called the phone numbers various times with no response, which was concerning. Thankfully someone did respond and all got sorted eventually.

Nothing

There is no reception, no contact with the staff. Room old, not equipped, no towels. Gives the impression of being dirty (and it’s maybe not just an impression...) The shower was blocked. The mattresses were very thin. Walls and floors thin as paper. Very poor quality hotel with no service. Where do the 4 stars in front of the hotel come from?

the place is clean and spacious. there is a bathtub a small fridge and a kettle. The owner is nice and friendly. Good value

the bed is a bit soft, its a bit off the center

Cold water, Heating system did not work, The door not open with code unless we called the staff

Check-in procedure & entry into the property was not clear. No prior information. We had to continuously follow-up for entrance code. We requested 2 pm checkin which was confirmed but room was made available only at 3pm.
