The bathtub was not completely clean, there were remains of hair

This hotel has such good potential. It just needs its owner / management to devote much more time and attention to ordinary service as well as to detail. What is certainly positive: 1. The location is positive for guests arriving by train, as the hotel is within walking distance of the train station. 2. The white interior and decor of the public room adjacent to the hotel entrance are very attractive. 3. Our (bed)room was wonderfully large with touches of contemporary decor. 4. One entire wall of our room was windows + a balcony framed with vines and greenery.

More attention is needed -- both to detail as well as to ordinary guest services: 1/ There was no key available in the keybox at the entrance when we arrived. We waited for almost an hour in the downstairs area until we heard a cleaning person in the building, called to him, and he located a key so we were then able to enter our room. 2/ The contemporary floor lamp by the single bed against the wall was not working, so I was unable to read in bed. 3/ The faucet in the bathroom sink is loose and needs re-affixing in order to be solidly installed. 4/ There does not seem to be a hotel staff member to contact if help is needed.

I was sent the details of my room, then hours after check in sent the details of another room, meaning I potentially had access to someone else's room - and by dint, someone else might have had access to mine. When concerns were raised and questions asked, my message was then ignored.

I booked this hotel for our employee and he told me this: I could not reach anyone from the reception to check in, finally after 6pm the telephone was answered. After a day work I was tired and accepted the room, but the next day (after another day of work) the room still wasn't cleaned, the garbage bin smelled of garlic, there where no towels so I couldn't shower and again there was no one at the reception. The hotel asked for a full payment in front but I left and searched for another hotel that evening.

Muy bien ubicado y fácil checking online. Todo lo demás, mediocre. Una sola toalla, el baño sucio, la moqueta con cristales, no limpiaron la habitación desde que llegamos, y apariencia envejecido. Teníamos dos reservas de tres días con un día por medio y no pudimos dejar el equipaje en ningún sitio. La primera habitación muy pequeña, la segunda, para 6 personas y al volver del desayuno sin haber dejado la habitación, nos encontramos dentro a una persona. Pago total al reservar y no reembolsable.
