You can phrase it naturally in English like this: The hotel staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and always willing to help. I would like to thank the hotel for upgrading our room from a city view to a Haram view. They also kindly provided an extra bed and complimentary breakfast for a third guest, which we truly appreciated. I would especially like to thank Mr. Suleiman in the restaurant. He will take great care of you and makes one of the best Karak teas! ☕ The service was exceptionally fast, and the daily room hospitality and housekeeping were excellent and highly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.

the hotel over all very nice from concierge to reception to restaurant and housekeeping staff services and all of the staff are just amazing all are helpful , food i order from room service just very testy i want to give my warmest regards to the chef who make the lamp kabsa is testy a lot ,and thanks hotel smell is good very clean it’s will be my place for any time i visit makkah

Haram view was stunning , thumbs up to Mr Asel from receptionist , Miss Farah from guest relations for the guidance , the restaurant team , Mr Hamza , Mr Dimitri (the joker), Miss Maha , Miss Sara for excellent service , great location , very close with Haram , facilities 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
