It was clean and quiet, nicely decorated and felt very relaxed. Staff were so friendly and helpful and definitely made the hotel. Very reasonably priced. Overall it was a good experience, I will stay there again.

The bathroom was freezing and could have done with a heater. Not enough hooks to hang clothes on in bathroom. The place could do with some lamps too, as I was sharing with my mum and she likes to read late and so there was some overhead lights at beds but it meant I wasn’t able to put the lights out at my side or mum couldn’t go sit in a chair and read. These were inconveniences and minor, but would have given total full five stars.

The bed was so comfy and the food was great and the staff were very helpful

My bathroom wasn't cleaned as I had a dirty shower and 2 used towels were still in the room so I didnt use it

The bar with the wood burner was brilliant!

Prices are a bit steep for drinks.

Always welcoming beautiful hotel. All beautiful rooms. Comfy and cosy. Fantastic staff .excellent food. Comfy big beds.
