Very attentive staff, room was well decorated, nice ambiance and we really recommend the couples massage in the room, excellent all around!

Good value for what you get.

The rooms can be odd - this time I got a great room that doesn't have too many random steps or weird stuff but other times I've had rooms that are very strange. Also, the place feels vacant. No vibe...for such a cool place. The pool is cool, but why no bar at the pool?

It has a cool architecture and that's the only thing I can say good about this hotel

I have no idea how this hotel be a 5-star hotel. The amenities and the room furniture are all very torn. There is not even a hardryer and iron in the room. You have to call the reception and ask for them and the ones they provide are at least 2 decades old. There is not even a coffee maker - even an old one. Needless to say there are not cotton pads or any toiletaries that you would expect in a 5-star hotel. The room they put me in was looking at a wall - literally. I asked it to be changed and the room they showed me was dark like dungeon and they did not seem to want to tolerate. I was supposed to stay for 4 nights, but I changed it to stay only 1 night and changed the hotel. This is not a 5-star hotel, the 4-star hotel around the corner I booked has much better amenities and room for fraction of the price

En realidad muy decepcionada del mantenimiento que tiene el hotel, no es lo que se ve en fotografías, está sumamente decaído tanto en áreas públicas como en habitaciones, una lástima.

Hotel Demetria is located in the wonderful Colonia Lafayette neighborhood, within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a sleek, modern boutique aesthetic that’s visually appealing.

For the price point ($400ish/night), several aspects fell short: We were provided only one complimentary water bottle per day and expected to purchase more. Coffee was not included. Our room had only AC, no heat - staff offered blankets when we mentioned being cold. The rooftop area looked lovely but was rarely open during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy sunset views with wine served as hoped. Front desk staff were polite but seemed disinterested in providing local recommendations for coffee shops and running routes. The hotel felt quite empty during our stay.
