What I didn't like was the room: It was not worth the more than $100 U.S. a night that I paid. While the spa is luxurious -- the best that I've ever visited -- one can access the spa fo;r just $15 a day per person if one is not a hotel guest. One gets in free as a hotel guest, but that doesn't make up for the plain room that one gets. For the room price, I expect luxury in Mexico and have gotten that elsewhere at much less cost. Yes, you get a balcony with a view of the hot pools and lake. However, locals say better rooms and a view of the lake are available in other hotels just minutes away. I also didn't appreciate having to bring to reception at checkout my towels, washcloths and television channel changer in order to get back the required $200 peso deposit on them. Enjoy the spa but stay elsewhere unless you have more than 2 people in the room. Otherwise, it's not worth it..

las albercas son lo mejor, buen servicio del personal, precios adecuados, unicamente el estacionamiento tuve ke dejar el coche en otro lugar porque no habia lugar y del cuarto la falta del aire acondicionado, en terminos genrales muy buena experiencia gracias!!!

La atención del personal de recepción, no tiene enfoque de servicio al cliente Solice apoyo para dos cuestiones con el fin de mejorar las condiciones calurosas del cuarto, y no se pudo hacer nada... ni siquiera un ventilador extra... POCA EMPATIA DEL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION

La tranquiladad en las noches, El hotel es caro y no va de acorde a la demanda qué ofrecen, el personal de recepción poco amable, la señal de internet muy mala, las habitaciones caras y no tienen aire acondicionado. Comidas muy caras.

It was very noisy with so many people there. But in spite of that, we found it very relaxing. Loved the water and views of the lake and mountains.

I like it all, clean room and the whole facility is very cleam.
