Propreté, belle installation. Commodité, seule déception pas de déjeuner avant 8 am et café difficile à trouver dans les environ.

Parking is a problem. Water park is amazing. The spa is the best in the world. The batroom's door in our room was so noisy.

Great hot soak therapeutic experience. Most extensive variety of hot pools, tubs, spas, vapor sauna, etc...

In every way this is a wonderful place to stay. The pools are great, the scenery spectacular, the food good, the staff friendly, helpful, efficient, and everywhere, so this is a vacation destination.

I loved the scenery. Lake Chapala and the mountain views are gorgeous and peaceful. Apparently this is a well kept secret with the locals so the prices are great but I am sure once the word gets out, the prices will increase. The downsize is there isn't much else to do in the town and the few restaurants that are in town close by 7pm. You can travel a few miles to a town called Chapala but you need a vehicle or use public transportation and they have a lot of restaurants to choice from and great many sites to see, so highly recommend as well. But if your whole purpose is to get some R&R then this is place for you and the only downsize to my stay is that the beds are very firm and I prefer plush.
