The staff was great however the amenities are old

Service topnotch, rooms are exquisite and the pillows are so soft. Chef Jerry is exceptional, it was such a delight tasting his craft. You'll never regret your stay.

The staff were very friendly. The food was prepared very well and it was tasty.

I asked four (4) times to fix my door lock and one of the porters take it upon him to follow it through until it was fixed. The buffalo wings prepared were very tough to eat and I complained to the waiter / barman. I broke one of my front teeth in order to separate the meat from the bone. I'm not used to it that tough.

The room was ok and the food was great but the water in the bathroom was hard I had a nice time and would like to try it again,you should try

Hot water was never present on the bathroom, room was cold the temperature control didn't work.

Quality room and service provided. We had good experience here and we're more likely to call back. I implode the management to keep the maintenance of the hotel going without quality reduction. It will be a good thing to add separate protein to the complimentary breakfast rather than sauce protein only.

The staffs were friendly and homely,the room are very equipped and ac working perfectly well that I had to turn it off ,neat environment ,the meals are to test and everything is lovely,nice location I think you should try it too ,I and my family had fun

I thoroughly enjoyed every moment at Victoria Crown Plaza. The rooms were spotless, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was both elegant and relaxing. A perfect blend of comfort, class, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!

Stayed at the hotel for an official function and it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Staff were receptive on arrival, environment was nice and well maintained. The rooms were equally nice and spacious, while the meals always turned out good, though pricey. A well stashed bar overlooking the pool gave a conducive atmosphere for you to relax. Before I forget, they got a well equipped spa and a visit to that spa could help revitalize the body. No doubt, it's a place to come back to. Overall nice
