The size of the king room was the only good thing I can remember.

I was first put in a room where the AC didn’t work, then I got moved to a second room where the phone or intercom didn’t work. 4-star is a bogus rating for this property. The toilet had stains.

Pleasant staff

Need a bit of updating especially the bathroom. Bathroom glass hinges came off during our stay and had pointy edges. It was a hazard. Shower head was dated and affected water pressure

Location was good but I was refused check in

I had a confirmed booking with booking.com. when I tried to check in, the reception staff refused to check me in and unapologetically demanded i pay three times more than the rate I booked. I was left stranded and had to book an alternative hotel.

The showers are the worst, water is only giving tiny drops. Things are not maintained in good condition. Had to move rooms and again shower head is bad.
