"Good"

The hotel staff were generally courteous and responsive to my needs. However, the quality of their beds and linens were poor to say the least. The mattresses in the rooms I tried were hard and not comfortable to sleep on. Also,they need to have pressing iron and table as a "standard"available in all their rooms to conform with international standards. Their Wifi connection also needs to be upgraded in terms of speed and user friendliness.

It was a terrible experience. I paid for a premium room with yacuzzi which was not working. Bath was leaking, I asked for help, we waited over an hour for someone to start the yacuzzi, then it was leaking. Eventually we were moved to another room and the same problem occurred with water leaking all over the floor.

"Nice and Super Comfortable Hotel"

Nice, comfortable and calm hotel in the heart of Abuja. Very humble and courteous staff both at the reception as well as in the restaurants.I was on a business trip and really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bently. I have absolutely no complaints for this hotel since everything went smooth and there were no problems.Quality of food and service was again excellent.

"A good place for a business visit"

The hotel is comfortable; the rooms are spacious and clean with air-conditioning that is effective. The internet service is the best I have seen in Nigeria. very very reliable. The service provided by the staff is of a high standard and well supervised. The hotel has a fine pool, patio with poolside facilities. There is a gym well equipped with weights, treadmills etc. The restaurant is of a good standard, although the menu could do with some occasional updating to give a wider range for those who stay here for long spells. Currently the hotel is undergoing some expansion and so there is some noise and dust from that during the day. However it is probably the nicest place to stay of all hotels in Abuja.

"A Real Treat"

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great staff and warmth reception. The reception staff are soo helpful and always putting on smiles. Daniel in particular is such a delight to work with. Food is great, rooms look great and fresh. Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Abuja

"A welcoming hotel in a tranquil location"

Found this hotel on Expedia and most of the reviews are right on. Staff was very helpful, not only with reservation but also with arranging car service for pickup at the airport. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but a taxi stand is right outside the hotel, so that downtown and most other destinations in Abuja are a short taxi ride away. Highly recommended.

"Nice staff, noisy hotel"

Very helpful staff (a lot of them) and food was fine, but noisy on a Sunday morning with the Church service blasting through the speakers.
