Jas Green Villas

Great little villas and the staff were all very friendly. They need to just work on some of their housekeeping and maybe expand the breakfast menu

Had another brilliant stay at the Jas Green Villas, the staff are very friendly and helpful. These villas are in a great central location and provide a quiet well kept facility,

Villa is a bit outdated and old. Probably been around for awhile. I see them doing renovations in some villas when I pass by. Otherwise is alright. Quite clean. The service and staff are friendly and provide good service.

The staff are awesome and super friendly. Nice atmosphere. Private pool was nice and the villas had everything you needed.

My daughter her boyfriend and I stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and very close to eat street and other great places to eat.

A lovely villa complex with great staff. Is looking a little tired but is great value for money. Excellent location with being so close to eat street yet tranquil. Highly recommended.

This was our first time staying in a villa. Whilst we loved the concept this property is in need of some maintenance. The bed line and towels are also way overdue to be renewed. Brekky was very basic but enjoyable.

We stayed on 19-21 October 2016, we turn up the the Villa and the first issue is the air co units in the 2 bedroom villas, they do not work very well, and then the issue in my Daughters Villa, the main door did not lock, and the Bathroom door didnt lock, and it must be locked because the bathroom is outside of the Villa and anyone could get into the Villa from the side of the roof of the building, we told them this needs to be sorted by the time when return from dinner, we arrived back to the Villa about 7.30pm, and the villa was unlocked the whole time we had been away, we told the lady at the main desk, she said we can get the building care taker to sort IN THE MORNING.... we said sorry that is not good enough, its my Daughter, then they had x 2 men come and look at the lock, and with a about 3 keys to try the lock, no keys even fitted the lock, then one of the staff said its normally men that stay in this Villa.......well that is not a very safe feeling, as the location of the villa is not in the best area, so 40 mins later they finally found a key that locks the door, then the bugs all night in the Villa, they do provide fly spray but it didn't make much difference. The Villas are not very clean, and the swimming pool on the internet looks bigger than it actually i, its more the size of 2 spa pools, the breakfast is very average and the restaurant where you eat is very unclean, and the main rubbish bins are right outside and the smell from that puts you off food, ;o(

Perfect location, tidy rooms and small pool in the 2 bedroom villa. Stayed with friends. Staff friendly. Breakfast was average but you're right on the strip so you can step out for breakfast. Would stay there again.

I've stayed here a few times and find for the price you pay it is a pretty good bargain! We usually book the 2 bedroom villa which allows equal privacy with rooms being placed apart and having their own bathrooms - perfect for when you want to take advantage of the air conditioning and some downtime. The dining/kitchen space is great for catching up and sharing meals and drinks and yes the private plunge pool is a very cool way to cool off and not have to share the pool. Wifi is stock standard but does the job, don't expect what you'd get at home and you'll be find. Staff are lovely/helpful/friendly and room rate includes a brekkie at the restaurant/bar, but with so many choices locally we rarely ate in.
