Convinient location nice clean villas at an affordable price it was a great stay breakfast was abit limited the staff were friendly and the pool wasnt too small would definitely stay there again

Plunge pool, self contained kitchen. Nice big bathroom. Great shower.

Only downside was had a fair bit of luggage and only got help with the one that was on wheels. Otherwise great. Very very hard to find

Good 3 star Pool Villa. Excellent Location. Helpful happy staff. Breakfast included. Good value for the price. Could be a lot cleaner and better maintained. Two Bedroom villas are better designed. A major difference could easily be made with some smart on site strict management. We had a great holiday and would recommend but only with clear shrtcomings explained.

Villa staff were all friendly and spoke very good English.

Five relaxing days, the staff are friendly and are very helpful. This is our second time we have stayed, and would definitely stay again. The breakfast is fresh and great as its included.

This was the worst hotel I ever booked. We checked out after one night and lost our entire booking for 4 nights. No option for a refund. Fortunately we found a great hotel nearby so our holiday was saved. Summary: Hotel is up a crazy long narrow single lane mud track.About 1km long. Hotel is infested with ants. The shower and bathroom is half outdoors. The swimming pool is actually in the kitchen area but is filthy. The paint on the walls is dirty. The staff are all junior and can't help you. Taxis do not want to go there as the laneway is too narrow. I could go on but will stop here....

This hotel positive points; being 3min walk to eat street, shopping, pubs, 10 min walk to seminyak sqr with a 20min walk to ku de ta or potatoe head and closest beach. Private plunge pool, kitchenette , seperate dinning/ sitting area which is roomy. Dvd player and tv, good wifi. Wardrobe in bedroom with safe. Comfy bed with 2 puffy pillows each. Dark curtains. The negative points; very narrow lane to get to hotel reception which most taxis avoid and which is very dark at night. During times of rain the open air path to each villa turns into puddles. Kitchenette has limited utensils. Not enough hangers in wardrobe (4 cane hangers which fell apart when trousers hung) One hanging hook for towels. No where to dry towels or wet bathers. Towels old and stained. Only replaced daily if you leave them on the floor. Very poor plumbing and the water smelly. Breakfast sufficient but should have buffett. Have to pay for second cup of tea or coffee during breakfast!! Floors dont get mopped nor windows cleaned. Bathroom shower was dirty. Few mosquitos but they supply spray. Overall our stay was comfortable although i dont believe its 4 star accomodation. Staff helpful and friendly

Hotel was located at a good location which was near to many shops and eat street. Staff responded to my request promptly. After check in at 10 plus pm, I felt that the floor was abit dusty and once reported, the staff immediately responded and cleaned up the floor. Breakfast menu had a good variety to chose from.

Friendly staff and good services. 200meter away from the main road. Bring torchlight to go out at night, the way back to villa is very dark. Sometime the water heater not working, overall is fine.
