Jas Green Villas

Really enjoyed our stay at the villas. We weren't told that we needed to make a cash deposit until we got there so we were glad we had some rupea with us. The food is not great but there are so many places to eat so close that it didn't really matter. The Spa treatments are great!!

2 bed villa was spacious and open, therefore good to have insect repellent. Clean place with very friendly staff. Close to seminyak square and good restaurant strip. 15/20 min walk to beach. Only issue was very poor wifi service. Didnt work very often.

Great part of Seminyak and the free shuttle was always available around the local area.

Clean, convenient and would absolutely recommend to anyone. Location better than any other

Bedroom and living area were OK but the bathroom smelled and the shower area was unclean. The pool also looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. However the location cant be beat, a very quick walk to many restaurants and bars and the bed was comfortable.

The Two rooms are great, air conditioning and daily water are much needed. Although, the floor is extremely slippery when wet. The drainage is not great in any room and nothing to dry it except the towels. It's quiet at night, but there are machine noises in the morning. The rooms are cleaned although some not that good, there was leftover vomit residue around one of the toilets. There was bird poo on my bed cover which was covered up with a bed sash. One bathroom door wouldn't close and the decking had sharp rusty nails sticking up and out. Not enough cups or cutlery and water feature didn't work until we asked. You can't hear the doorbell if inside the rooms with the TV on. You can't lock the bedrooms. The metal cover on one sliding door keeps falling off. The laneway "Gang" is so bumpy with construction sites along the way. It's really dark at night too. In hindsight, I wouldn't have got the pool room with a young child. Free wi-fi is helpful. Free mobile is helpful, but you only get $1 credit (10,000IDR). Breakfast is okay, too much toast, baked beans are cold and some mornings you get fruit, sometimes you don't. The free drivers from the villas are helpful. Front desk and restaurant staff are very welcoming and always friendly.

The villa was great. We stayed in a two bedroom with our two teenagers 16 and 13. It was a bit small at first but then i enjoyed being able to talk to the kids when they were in the pool.The only thing was it is was a bit dark walking up to the main road.

We were excited at first to see such a bargain, but it was spoiled when we found out little maggots around the edges of the pool. Beware that the bathroom floor will be very slippery when it is wet. Overall this hotel still worth a 3 star for the friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful villa, huge pool! Lots of staff but most speak limited English so not always able to be very helpful. We tended to eat at Lala & Lili Warung across the road as food was better than Ubud Heavan Restaurant.

Service is good but the villa itself is average. There are water in the room when raining outside.Too many mosquito in the room.
