Jas Green Villas

Wonderful experience, staff couldn't do enough for you. You would ring and they would be there whether it was for room service or organising a car. Facilities are lovely and clean. Internet connection dropped in and out but not a huge issue.

So close to the main drag of Seminyak yet so private. The only issue we had was the water in the bathroom smells a bit but for just over $100 per night you really cant complain.

We were a family of 4. Enjoyed the space of the villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you are travelling with kids under 10 you might want to reconsider since the bedrooms are very separate and you can't hear between rooms.

We stayed in a Villa with a private pool - a high recommendation from us! It was fabulous having that private space to relax and read/cool down/etc. Our only comment was that our fountain didn't work, everything else was awesome. The staff was kind, considerate, and treated us like family. The location is 5 minutes (walking) from Seminyak Square, and 10-15 minutes from the beach. The road to the hotel is located on is a bit beat up with no signs directing you to its location from the main road which can confuse the local cab drivers a bit. Make sure you have the phone number to help them out. All in all a great place away from home.

The rooms are lovely, a few stains on the sheets. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. Food in the restaurant is okay would easily suggest eating at one of the fantastic restaurants on the street. The free shuttle came in handy in the wet weather. Only disappointment was the water feature in the spa never turning on.

Overall pleasant stay experience...Facility is good but the approach to facility is abysmally bad. Broken & dusty road, dimly lit street lights & inconvenient for a leisurely walk out of the resort. Staff is good & helpful.

Pool was great. Bathroom could be cleaner. Sheets had stains. Photos on Expedia showed different layout to what our room actually was. Air conditioning was only in bedroom and could not use kitchen as it as too hot.

The location is amazing for these villas. So near the Main Street and all the restaurants. The villa itself is ok. Good to have your own pool and the bathroom size is great. Each day room service came but something was forgotten each day, towels, water, shampoo etc. we called each day and the problems were easily sorted. The only area with air con is the bedroom which meant we spent most of the time in there. The main issues were the Mosquitos as the doors did not meet and there were cracks so we often got bitten. The second problem was the smell of the water as it made having a shower horrid. We have stayed 3 times in Bali and never had this problem before. The car available was useful but most of the time it was booked out so we ended up paying the taxi's. Staff did not seemed focused on customer service but did sort the issues. On asking what the check out time was we got 3 different answers from staff and no one seemed it know!

The hotel is really lovely! The staff are friendly and helpfully. The private pool was amazing and the hotel spa is a real treat. its located in a convenient location, just a short stroll to one of Seminyak's main streets. I found that the hotels car service extremely handy for just $40 you have a car and a driver taking you anywhere you want to go. We will absolutely be back to the Jas Green Villas.
