Great place we went for my mates birthday the hotel made a cake for him with anyone asking for it also they have a free shuttle everywhere great place loved it

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel was great, staff was very friendly. Location was great and we enjoyed the many restaurants nearby. Had a ball white water rafting. The Safari Park was well worth it. Waterbom park was fun.

Let me start by saying that we stayed four nights at the Four Seasons before spending a night at Jas Green. A last minute change to our travel plans left us looking for a reasonably priced villa close to the airport. This location was hard to find for even a local taxi driver. The room looked good at first blush but upon closer inspection, the sky light leaked in the bedroom, the bathroom door slats had settled and you could see through the gaps. The pool was the perfect temperature but the water feature was not working. Did I mention, not a window anywhere in the villa. The bedroom was air conditioned, thank god! Great location close to shopping but at night we were a bit uneasy walking two blocks down an unlit alleyway to the hotel. All in all, about a 3.75 out of 5 for combined value, location and condition. We would give it another chance.

Room was well set out and tidy, well maintained, nothing was broken or needing repair. Plunge pool was an awesome addition to come home to after a day out exploring. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us with any request we had. Meals were always quick to come and delicious.

Hotel was good value for money and location was convenient

The hotel was situated close to bars and restaurants about 10-15 mins walk from the beach but a shuttle was offered. It is located down a rough alley which is dimly lit but we felt very safe.
