Jas Green Villas

We had five nights at the Villas, we found them very quiet and comfortable in a great location only Five minute walk to all the restaurants and cafes. The staff were very helpful and we would stay there in the future.

Arrived and it was clear all reviews that commented on no or little air conditioning were correct. 1Brm private pool villa, is basically a glorified hotel room with plunge pool area (approx2.2m wide x 5m)concrete tiles and aged timber decking. A fully enclosed kitchen area has been added to the front,prior to walking into bedroom then tru to plunge pool. This room has no windows, no air cond. no circulation and all one can say it was SO hot. We understand we are in Bali, but that was ridiculous! Some staff did not try to help. But then the only jewel in Jas Green Villas crown is young lady called Arie. Thanks to her we tolerated our 8 night stay. Would we return, we do not think so. Would we recommend, no we do not think so.

My wife and I had a great time, enjoying all the shopping, the private pool and the friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for our honey moon. Aircon was horrible, reception staff where very unhelpful and rude from day one which was a big surprise. No iron for clothes (so they told us). The fountain in the pool didn't work, asked staff, they then turned it on for one day 😒. Overall it wasn't the best pick for a honeymoon IMO

Problem with key not being to lock but was moved to another room

Near to seminyak square and other cafe and restaurants. Neat potato head and kuteda - walking distance. Nice villa if u need to cook and use the living room, if not the space will be wasted

This was a quick getaway and 1st trip to Bali. Hotel was ok. Location was down was great for shopping, bars and restaurants. The hotel stuttle was also great-however not always available, but they do try to accommodate you. Loved the private pool at the villa. Breakfast was pretty poor. Bedding and linen, whilst clean, has many stains on and were grey which made then look dirty. Staff were friendly enough, if a little distracted with either their mobile phones or by chatting to each other. They do offer a late check-out but there is a IDR500k charge-which I thought was a bit cheeky given it was low season and they weren't busy. I decided not to pay. There is a shower available for guests to use if they are leaving late in the day-which was a good alternative. Overall the villas worked well for me and considering the price, were ok.

Loved our stay in the villas, service was good. Free local shuttle bus and mobile to call reception. Breaky each morning was yummy and villas were comfy. Good spot, close walk to shops etc.

awesome location, close to everything, very safe, hotel is ok but the sheets were very dirty and the villas look abit tired but overall it was an awesome hotel to stay. would still recommend it to other people!

the staff are incredibly attentive, and the location is good, aside from the walk down a poorly lot alley. the problem with this hotel, is that the services that are provided are a step bellow where they should be. our room was provided with no towels or face washers, and when we asked for some we were told that they had run out. the kitchenette facilities are vastly inadequate, and you are actively discouraged from using them on arrival. the mattresses could use an update, and the linen was always slightly stained. the self contained pool however is amazing. and the staff we're always very friendly and helpful. it's not that everything was awful, it's just not up to the standards you'd expect from a villa. more like a 3 star hotel / motel
