Una meravella d'hotel i de persones que el porten! Una joia dins Ubud. Les villes precioses i l'entorn molt agradable i acollidor. Totes les persones que hi treballen són magnífiques. Totalment recomanable!

Facilities were value for money. Location was perfect, tucked in the middle of the juggle but the compound itself was self sufficient. Loved the very natural decor within and around the villa, as well as the common facilities. We loved the spa services.

Struttura bellissima in mezzo alla foresta! Ha una vista meravigliosa… la stanza è enorme! Con la terrazza sulla foresta 😍 uno spettacolo! Ci sono due piscine, di cui una a sfioro che è meravigliosa! Colazione abbondante, staff gentilissimo. Posizione un po’ lontana dal centro

Villa mit privatem Pool. Sehr schön angelegt. Auch ein Outdoor Wohnzimmer/Essplatz ist vorhanden. Anlage am Hang, heißt viele Treppen. Aber super Dschungelatmosphäre. Zimmerservice wenn gewünscht. Infinity pool am Restaurant ist auch sehr um in den Urwald zu blicken. Etwas außerhalb von Ubud, mit Grabtaxi kein Problem. Daher aber weg vom Trubel und schon ruhig. Allerdings liegt es außerhalb von vielen Shuttlebus Pickups für diverse Aktivitäten.

Everything was good in this villa. Rooms, pool and Restaurant were Perfect. All stuff were smiling every morning to us. Thank you for everything.

Alam Ubud was absolutely beautiful and the grounds were stunning. My wife and I had such a sweet time there. All of the staff were extremely helpful and willing to help with anything we asked in terms of travel and tourism. The only thing I would say is that there are no elevators just stairs so if you are out of shape or have a disability be aware that you can only get to places on the grounds by stairs. Also, Alam Ubud is close to Tegalalang rice fields and Tirta Empul and other great Bali attractions but it is a distance from the center of Ubud. You will have to get a taxi to take you to the center which takes up to about 25/35 minutes depending on the traffic. But download either Gojek or Grab and you will be fine.

La piscina y el chico de recepcion que esta por la tarde noche, muy simpatico y agradable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Una mala experiencia desde el principio. Cojimos la villa con vistas a la jungla y las vistas no tienen nada que ver con lo que se anuncia, las nuestras eran a los arboles. Si te toca una habitacion de las que estan abajo(que son casi todas las villas) tendras que subir mas de 100 escalones cada vez que vayas a la habitacion o a la piscina. Desde luego en la jungla estas, incluso dentro de la habitacion. Todo tipo de bichos y animales. El primer dia al llegar habia caca de un animal en la habitacion, llamamos para que vinieran a limpirar y nos dijeron que era de un gecko. El segundo dia al llegar habia un gecko dentro de la habitacion y una polilla gigante llamamos para que vinieran y tardaron mas de 30 min en venir a por el. El tercer dia otro gecko y el 4 un ciempies andando por el baño. Por no hablar de la mariposa muerta que estuvo los 5 dias encima de la cama sin que la limpiaran. No es de extrañar ya que el techo de madera no esta unido a la pared y no esta aislado el interior, ademas que las puertas no cierran bien. Solicitamos un cambio de habitacion varias veces y el tercer dia por la mañana cuando nos ibamos nos ofrecieron otra para cambiarnos por la tarde lo cual aceptamos pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no, que nos ofrecian una pizza como compesacion, la verdad que las chicas de recepcion eran un poco bordes. La limpieza es pesima, las cortinas estan sucisimas y llenas de bichos. Teniamos que solicitar todos los dias la limpieza de la habitacion y un dia se les olvido.
