Caro, aburrido, no hay actividades para los huespedes.

Excellent breakfast everyday! Nice beach with access to snorkeling. Location good for going to restaurants and water taxis to West End for shops, restaurants etc. Pools were great with plenty of loungers, chairs, tables and umbrellas. Bars and restaurants on site were nice. Never too crowded. The service was great and any problems were taken care of quickly. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The complex needs some renovations and a check on appliances, a/c etc. in all the rooms. Too many vendors walking up and down the beach at times. Just tell them no firmly and you will not be bothered.

I booked on booking.com - the day before I received an email my reservation was xnld - i had booked 4 night’s - and said i changed to 1 night In middle if my stay! After middle of the night phone calls / we found out they had to switch our room in the middle of our stay - The hot tub was broken -

Had a great vacation in Jan 2026! Hotel staff was pleasant, the unit we stayed in was clean and beautiful. Housekeeping came every day. Property was clean and pretty. You can't beat the location! Off beach snorkeling let us see tons of fish and even some squid! Hotel is towards the end of West Bay Beach, which I thought was great not being in the middle of the more crowded area, but the length of the beach is not that long, so a few minutes walk and you're at the other end.

No conplaints.

Breakfast was very good and fresh with hand made tortillas and enough choices that everyone was happy. Safe environment throughout the resort and area with security in all directions - never felt unsafe in or around the resort. Great pools with plenty of seating. Pool staff worked endlessly keeping it clean and beautiful. Pool courtyard setup made for a shady or sunny side to choose from throughout the day. Easy access to beach/scuba/snorkeling. Two bedroom with full kitchen villa was fantastic for a little extra space and convenience. Housekeeping staff was superb... all staff was superb!

Elevator in building #16 is very small, 2-3 adults absolute maximum - likely not a doable situation for those requiring mobility aides like a wheelchair or scooter, a walker might even be a challenge. Hot tub was very popular during our January week, however it is FAR too small for how popular it was - maybe 8 adults. Wrist bands are somewhat of a stiff plastic and are uncomfortable for a week. Beach towels were frequently out of stock at the beachside stand, and the exchange method utilizing a card is a hassle. Wifi was reasonably solid throughout the resort except the router in our room needed to be restarted numerous times during the week. The rates to include lunch, dinner, drinks is quite high - assuming it's not fine dining level offerings.
